Common Questions

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → SubscriptionsLoad Ledger ProCancel Subscription. You will keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new device?

Open Load Ledger, go to the Pro upgrade screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

How do I export my load and expense data?

Pro users can export to CSV or PDF from the Reports tab. Open Reports, choose your date range, and tap Export Report. The file will be saved or shared via the standard iOS share sheet.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password? and enter your email address. We will send a password reset link to your inbox.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at developer.jerrymac@gmail.com from the address linked to your account and request account deletion. We will permanently remove all of your data within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

My data is not syncing or is showing incorrect numbers.

First, force-quit and reopen the app, and pull-to-refresh on the Dashboard. If that does not resolve the issue, email us with the load number or expense in question and a screenshot, and we will investigate.

Reporting bugs

If something is broken, please email us with as much detail as you can. Screen recordings (Settings → Control Center → add Screen Recording) are extremely helpful for tricky issues.
