By downloading, installing, or using Load Ledger (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Load Ledger is a financial tracking tool designed for truck drivers and owner-operators. The App allows users to log loads, track expenses, store receipt images, and generate financial reports. The App is intended for personal record-keeping purposes only.
You must create an account to use the App. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Load Ledger offers a free tier with limited functionality and a Pro subscription with additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the App, including load details, expense records, and receipt images. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. You may export or delete your data at any time.

Load Ledger is a record-keeping tool and does not provide tax, legal, financial, or accounting advice. The calculations, reports, and summaries generated by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your records and consulting qualified professionals for tax and financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Load Ledger and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time directly in the App under Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Upon deletion or termination, your data is permanently and immediately removed from our servers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
